1. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
As our courses are delivered digitally and are deemed “digital content not supplied on a tangible medium,” they fall under specific provisions in accordance with the German Civil Code (BGB). By purchasing and accessing any digital course from ARR Campus, you acknowledge and consent that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal upon the download or streaming of the digital content.
Important: You will lose your right to withdraw from the contract as soon as you access, download, or stream the purchased digital content.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
ARR Campus offers refunds in limited situations based on the following conditions:
Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the purchased course due to technical problems originating from our platform, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a full refund. You must notify us of the issue within 14 days of purchase.
Duplicate Purchase: In case of a duplicate purchase of the same course, you may request a refund for the duplicated transaction within 7 days of purchase.
Mistaken Purchase: If you mistakenly purchased a course, you may be eligible for a refund if you have not accessed, downloaded, or streamed the content. Requests for refunds under this provision must be made within 14 days of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations do not qualify for a refund:
Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind after purchasing the course.
Completed Courses: If you have already accessed or completed the course, a refund will not be issued.
Unsatisfaction with Course Content: As course previews and descriptions are provided, refunds based on dissatisfaction with the course content will not be granted.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at info@empacto.eco with your purchase details, including the order number, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant supporting information. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Amendments to the Refund Policy
ARR Campus and Empacto GmbH reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The version of the refund policy applicable at the time of your purchase will govern your rights and obligations with respect to that transaction.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
