3. Pricing and Payments
All prices for courses are listed on the ARR Campus website or the Systeme.io platform. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods provided on the Systeme.io platform.
Currency: All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.
Taxes: Prices displayed may not include taxes. Where applicable, taxes will be added at checkout based on your location.
4. Refunds
ARR Campus provides refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy, which outlines the specific conditions under which you may request a refund. By accessing or streaming the purchased course, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal under German law.
5. Course Availability
While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our courses, we do not guarantee that the content will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. ARR Campus and Systeme.io reserve the right to modify, update, or remove course content at any time.
Maintenance and Downtime: From time to time, ARR Campus or Systeme.io may need to perform maintenance on the platform, which could temporarily affect access to courses.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the digital courses, including but not limited to videos, documents, graphics, and other materials, is the intellectual property of ARR Campus and Empacto GmbH or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any course content without prior written permission from ARR Campus.
Violation of intellectual property rights may result in the termination of your access to the courses and legal action.

You agree to use our courses and the Systeme.io platform in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
